It contains yerba mate, which is a natural stimulant. The akaloids in it are from the same general family as caffiene, but the yerba mate is said to have fewer side effects. On the down side, it has the potiential to become more habit-forming than caffiene.
I would imagine you can expect the “weird Ginseng thing” from this stuff, although I haven’t tried it.
Personally, I think it’s horrid that a product called “Meth Coffee” is even on the market.
Meth is a devastatingly destructive drug, and this stuff makes a mockery of it.
