I stopped drinking alcohol (except on special occassions), but I would still like to hang out with my friends at bar come nightfall. I do not want to drink just plain water or soda – I want to drink fun beverages.
What are some good non-alcoholic mixes I can order at the bar?

Crown Calypso
1 scoop of fine ice
1/2 small banana
1 1/2 oz. cream
1 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup *
Blend all ingredients. Serve in a tall glass. Garnish with oragne wedge, banana chunk and mint
Tonga Twist
3 oz. pineapple juice
3 oz. grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. grenadine
club soda
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add first three ingredients. Stir. Fill glass with club soda. Garnish with pineapple wedge, cherry and mint.
Virgin Pina Colada
8 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. cream of coconut
Blend with ice. Serve in a large snifter
Summer Breeze
3 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. grapefruit juice
4 oz. ginger ale
Fill a 12 oz glass with ice cubes. Pour in juices and ginger ale. Stir gently. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Virgin sex on the beach
pineapple juice
orange juice
cranberry juice
serve in a glass with ice and add a wedge of an orange on the side
Paradise Punch
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. cranberry juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. half & half
1/4 oz. grenadine
Combine all ingredients. Shake well and serve like a martini

You can order any drink “virgin” – no alcohol. The frozen ones are the most fun. My favorite is a “virgin” frozen strawberry dacquri.
Better is fruit drink!!
I don’t drink, so I often ask for soda water with a twist in a highball glass (short one). Looks like a drink, and I can make it last all night.
