I saw on the news where they have created a cocaine vaccine. They say that it stops the craving for cocaine. If all the crack heads get the vaccine, what will that do to the economy? Its not for people who have never used it, it is only for people who have the addiction. Whats your thoughts?
It was on CBS it is still in the trial stages.
If it was court ordered they it would actuallly affect a lot of people. Maybe it could be used as a treatment option. Who knows, a good thing could be coming to an end for some.

Anyway, I think it would be good for the users. Drugs mess you up to where the drug is the only important thing in your life. Many families would probably do better, if it COMPLETELY stopped ALL cocaine desires. However, this would only do well for the user if they really want to stop, but are weak…
I don’t know what it’d do to the economy, though. However, I think only the weak drug users who try to stop (but give in at times) would be the only ones using the vaccine. The people who love the cocaine wouldn’t even bother with the vaccine.
It’d be pretty sad if this was approved, and few people were actually interested in getting it.
