Seriously, why fill up our jails with drug users, use up taxpayers’ money, when we could spend better time and money focusing on real problems in society – rapists, pedophiles, murderers… you get the picture. I say, it should be legal, or just a huge fine. Jail time is simply unnecessary and expensive.
