I’m a functional alcoholic so my drinking has never caused any problems with my job. I can come home from work and drink and as long as I get 7-8 hours of sleep I’m good to go the next day. I also never drink and drive so that’s not a problem. I’ve been in several relationships in the past and I like being single better. I really don’t care about dying at an early age from alcoholism either.
So what if I’m content with my alcoholism and being single?
hell then i envy you. as long as you’re happy, not hurting anyone, have no regrets, you got it good.
If you are content then no one else can tell you how to live. Just continue to do what makes you happy. More people should learn to live like this

well i guess it’s o.k. to feel that way, but the most important thing would be your health.People die alone and live alone everyday. It just sounds like a miserable life to me.
If you are content with your alcoholism, I hope you remain single, that’s all I have to say. It’s fine if you want to take yourself down, but I’d hate to see you take someone else down with you.
