What is a natural way to overcome slight alcoholism?

How can I avoid the social attraction of the bar and avoid my ex and not take some meds or rehab?

Is there such a thing as “slight” alcoholism?

I’d say if you arent ACTUALLY alcoholic, get beer at the store and drink it at home. Turn your place in to a chill-out and keep it tidy.

alcohal is a part of our life and need not be totally avoided. the best way is to resove to drink only in parties and not alone. in fact, it is as good as tea and moderate consumption of liquer need not be bothered about unless so required for medical reasons of doctor’s advice.

R u serious? What would u say if I told u I was a little bit pregnant? Sounds crazy, right, its not like I can have half a kid. The same goes 4 u, unfortunatly if u have a problem with a chemical substance, u have no choice but to face it head on. If u feel as though u can’t live without alchohol, then chances r u have an addiction. U can however reign in the temptation, u could become the exciting friend who organizes adrenalin charged outings, u could go absailing, surfing, bungee jumping, paint balling or horse back riding to name a few. Any activity which raises your adrenalin and pushes your personal limitations will really kick in and become your new high, plus your friends will love hanging out with u,( don’t forget your new friends as well). When u r alone and feel a craving coming on, make exercise your new cure. If u have 2 jump around like an animal while listening to the radio, so be it, if you r a little more organized then hit the gym or the pavement and run 4 as long and as hard as u can. Ever heard of runners high? Look after yourself and start getting 2 know yourself better, if your honest with yourself u’ll find that theres an empty whole in your spirit, now all u have 2 do is fill it……………………what will u fill it with????
