Since ALL of these are running, assuming one wins, they will have to take an oath to uphold the constitution. We have three branches of government - seperation of powers and such deligated in the constitution - we all know that LAWYERS are in the BAR and the bar is part of the JUDICIAL branch - so how can they ALSO be in the executive branch. Sounds like a conflict of interest to me NONE of these lawyers shoudl be running for president or any other branch of government other then the judicial branch. The ONLY valid person currently anounced as a candidate fro president is Ron Paul. He has consistently voted aqccording to the constitution and has always called for his collegues to do the same - but none of them do it consistently - that should be enough to show you where they stand.
