People who do such things have a rage that has built up over many years and they are not rational about how they let that rage out.
It may have been one person that works there that he had some contact with that he aimed his rage at.
Understand that people that do such things have many other things bothering them that they believe are caused by other people.

It doesn’t make any sense because it defies rationality. He obviously has severe psychological problems. People who commit these types of mass killings usually have a revenge motive that they have fed intensely for quite some time in their inner lives. Something in their immediate lives often acts as the catalyst. . .it seems this guy recently lost his job…that could have been one of the catalysts that set him off.

If you ask me he should have vented his fury on the employer where he lost his job, and the fellow employees who “picked on his English skills”
Not that I would condone any form of violence, It would have made more sense. apparently he must have learned english at that facility, but still should have targeted the administration, or individual teachers, as opposed to fellow asians, immigrants.
