That was when coke was first invented and that was a long time ago, I think Cocaine was legal back then, but they took it out and kept the name Coke which is short for cocaine
They did when they first started to make the stuff. It is still addictive, I know a lady that starts to have with drawls if she doesn’t get it several times a day.
There used to be alot of crazy stuff in products over the years. I just know that Coke is great now and hopefully they won’t pull the big blunder they did in the 80″s with “NEW Coke” That really blew.
That is absolutely true!! When I was around 5 or 6 years old my dad used to go to the drug store and buy a bottle of coca cola syrup when I had a stomache ache. In those days you could only get it by prescription.
There was a small amount of cocaine in Coca-Cola but was removed years ago…early 40′s, I think. Wasn’t enough to affect you…and it was illegal then. Besides, who’d want a Coke when there is Dr Pepper out there…much better. Be a Pepper…drink Dr Pepper!

if you look closely at the coca-cola logo, you can see a little man, hard to explain but he’s wearing a hat – he used to have a line that went up to his nose, however they changed it back in the 80s

cocaine was an ingredient for the first 4 or 5 years at the end of the nineteenth century.
I dunno about cocaine but I know they put this stuff now in Coke and its just about as bad and not as entertaining

You’re right, they USED to, but they don’t anymore.
lot of people still drink it that way – they mix the two and boy does it give you a kick. I kind of wish they still did it that way.
