Does anyone agree with my opinion on that Natalee Holloway Case?

Thought, I do believe I will get criticized for what I have to say I really need to see if anyone agrees with me.

I feel this investigation has been going on way to long. I wish people would worry about ALL missing children as much as they did Natalee Holloway.

It was a terrible thing to happen to ANY young person but I do think she may have played a part in her own death. To go off with some man she doesn’t even know was just senseless and to be that intoxicated where you don’t realize what you are doing is also a bit senseless. I believe Natalee MIGHT have been able to prevent her death had she not been so intoxicated.

It was also reported on one news station that Natalee was using cocaine or some other form of a drug. Whether that is true, we will never know.

As for that Van. Sloot or however you say it. I do believe he is somewhat guilty. Nobody can PROVE he killed. In my honest opinion I don’t believe he FULLY killed her….like murdered her…
(continued below)
I do believe that what Vander Sloot said about Natalee on the recent tapes were correct. I think Natalee may have died from a drug overdoes or alcohol poisoning and Vander Sloot made the wrong choice by throwing her body into the ocean. THAT is where I think he MAY have “murdered her” but I don’t think he actually went and stabbed her to death.

I think the parent’s of Natalee are also pushing this case more and more BECAUSE they do not want to accept that there precious daughter was using drugs or involved with alcohol. They don’t want to put any of the blame on there own daughter.

While I do feel Vander Sloot should be charged and locked up for just disposing the body like he did I also feel that MAYBE Natalee could have prevented all of this from happening.

note: I’m not blaming Natalee while it may sound like that I’m not. But this should teach teenagers to watch how much they drink.

Being drunk is never an excuse to be murdered by someone else; nor is it an excuse to let one die by negligence.

personally, I don’t care about Nattie. Spoiled blonde bimbo goes on a tear sponsored by indulgent parents, and goes missing.

    Oh, well.

I agree with you. Why are people so obsessed with some 18 year old woman who decided to go bang a stranger and get high ending up dead, when there are countless pre-teens being sexually abused and murdered all over the country?

Yes, i agree. She looked like she was up to no good.
Joran knew she would be an easy target. Why is it that out of 100 people that were drinking and stuff, she was the only one to go off and disappear?
Most people would call you dumb for just walking in your own neighborhood at night by yourself.

I do agree with you.. MANY children are abducted, abused and worse daily and they are all worthy of national attention and efforts for their recovery.

The thing I dont share your opinion on is your comment that Natalie’s parents are still pushing because they cant accept their “precious Natalie” may have been doing drugs. First of all, every parent feels their child is precious and ALL children ARE precious.. Of course, parents dont want to accept if their kid used drugs BUT I am guessing they are still pushing for a continued investigation/search because it is their child and even more impt than not wanting to accept she may have tried drugs, they dont want to accept that their child is dead and that they will never see their daughter again. Besides that A LOT of teens try drugs – but we tend to be more harsh on the ones who get exposed.

I believe that 100-300 graduating students went on this trip, many drank, and did god knows what else….but only one ended up dead…..WHY???? Yes, you are right it would be nice if everyone drank responsibly–staying in control of the situation at all times–body and mind–BUT suppose a drug was slipped into her drink unknowingly to her. Tyra Banks recently did a show on how to date and keep yourself safe…Van der sloot was 17 years old when this happened “to him”–>He did not call immediately for an ambulance when she had a seizure…he then made the call to have her body dumped in the sea……Is van der sloot telling the complete truth as to what happened that night and is he telling an incomplete story….time will tell…

Its all a question as to whether the investigation is done privately or publically, as is the Holloway case.
The case draws public interest because of its international flavor and the ratings it’ll bring major news outlets.
Having said that, I don’t for one minute believe that the investigation would end if it didn’t have the publicity its getting. It would go on as leads developed.
The media picks up on the new information and runs with it. And people who have followed the case tune in.
Cases like these not having the publicity as this one has, have ongoing investigations as leads develop. There are cold case units that work the cases all the time.
I hope, for the sake of Natalies family, that some form of closure comes soon.

You are not blaming Natalie for her own death? B__S! It certainly sounds that way. Girl gets drunk, possibly slipped a date rape drug — so it’s her fault that Van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers raped her while she was under the influence of the drug and it’s her fault that she had a reaction to the drug and possibly died.

Van der Sloot –”somewhat” guilty? He’s the guy who slipped her the mickey so he could date rape her. He’s the guy who arranged to dump her body in the ocean instead of getting a doctor. He’s the guy whose influencial father(a judge) arranged for the corrupt police to delay the investigation so evidence could be destroyed and all involved could get their stories straight. Early in the investigation the cops did ask Natalie’s stepdad if she was prone to epileptic seizures – a funny question at the time but not so funny after hearing Van de Sloot’s confession on the tape. This proves the Aruba cops knew from the beginning about Natalie’s convulsions from Yoran but chose not to implicate him further .

I’d say Van der Sloot is at least guilty of some form of homicide – he slips her a date rape drug and she eventually experiences epileptic convulsions before not responding to his shaking her. He then dumps her into the ocean without knowing if she was really dead and not in a coma.

As a mother, I think Natalie’s mom just wants to know what happened to her daughter.
