Non-alcoholic Drink pairing for the dish “Korean Spicy Beef and Vegetable soup” YookGaeJang?

For those of you who have made this or a similar dish, I would like to know what sorts of flavors in a drink would complement it? I am interested in non-alcoholic beverages, such as tea, cider, juice, or any other beverage without alcohol. It is my understanding that Korean dishes are not typically served with beerages, but I would like to serve something special to complement this dish. Please offer any suggestions.

Thank you.

Korean spicy beef and Yook Gae Jang are considered food with strong flavours. To complement the taste it is advisable to prepare mild beverages such as korean toasted barley tea, which can be served cold or hot. The tea bag can be purchased from any korean supermarket.

Alternatively I would recommend chinese flower tea such as chrysamthemum or jasmine tea. Chrysamthemum tea can be served both cold and hot with sugar too.

Green tea, hot without sugar or cold with syrup is ideal too.
