I would like to educate myself with all of the alcoholic drinks out there? Anywhere from what drinks taste like, what taste good together, recipes, and popular drinks.
about.com has a big section on alcohol that is pretty decent and you could always browse wikipedia to get some background info on different drinks (with mixed levels of accuracy, of course!)
