In jail.Absolutely!
What do you think? Answer below!

Rehabilitation centers do a better job of improving the drug users’ lives in general, but both options tend to lead to reabuse. At least in a rehab center, the drug users are less likely to gain access to drugs.
Depends on the user and the situation.
rehabilitation, if one thing the american prison system has got it all wrong, they put murders behind bars for life in maximum security, treat them like dogs, and the guards expect them to act good and like saints, prison is supossed to be a place to rehabilitate your self do your time and get out.
in my opinion doing a drug is not a crime, robbing killing , raping is a crime, what you want to put into your body is your choice.
Which ever one is cheaper to the tax payers. Rehabilitation gets them off the street just like jail and it gives them a chance to beat the habit properly so they don’t do it again. Jail is just a house for repeat offenders, very few get out and stay out of trouble. Going to rehabilitation has a better success rate because it teaches you how to live you life and do it on your own, while jail teaches you to do everything the hard way and you become institutionalized. Either way, I could care less for drug offenders, I want what is cheaper for me and the rest of the tax payers who actually follow the law. Let the drug users keep making mistakes, eventually they will be shot in a drug bust/deal or they will overdose. Both are acceptable ways to get rid of repeat drug offenders in my opinion.
Neither. Doing drugs should not be illegal and the tax payers should not be forced to pay for them. If you want to kill yourself with drugs, that’s your choice. But it is wrong to use tax payer money for either jail or rehab. Drug users should pay for the consequences of their decisions, not everyone else.
Rehab………………….final answer……………………..
Neither work if the user doesn’t want to stop. Drugs are easy top get in prison. Rehab only works if user wants it. Drug Treatment orders were brought in (UK) to force rehab rather then prison but again if user doesn’t want to stop they will breach it.
I would say prison, if it was a real answer, unfortunately it seems not.
I would put drug users in rehab centers and provide them with benefits afterwards to prevent them from going back to drugs, and I would send the drug sellers to jail.
I would prefer putting them to rehab first then after lock them in jail. It would be useless to place them in a jail cell, everyone knows that even in jail prohibited drugs are rampant.
