Call the commerce california city hall They can and will help your b/f if he really wants the help. Please keep me informed I wish him all the luck there is .

You could ask your doctor or look in the yellow pages of the phone book for rehab places. They’re all over now, so you’ll probably find one somewhere. Hope you find what you need to help your bf.
