the cycle of healing missing stages can & is recycled every 3-7 years..if I do not look very closely at the 4th & 5th col. of step 4 I will simply repeat my shortcomings-I wish you well and thank you for your comments,

Let’s stop blaming our parents for everything that happens to us in our ADULT lives. Childhood trauma does exist and can impact the adults we become, but there comes a time when we must step up & take responsibility: take charge our mental health. The concept of the “inner child” keeps us all stuck. This psycho-babble sells a lot of workshops and books. In my opinion, people like Pia Mellody, who has no true credentials, and the likes laugh all the way to the bank.
