Bailey’s or Malibu would work.

I suggest Tia Maria, Cointreau or Grand Marnier.
try some dark rum or brandy with the milkshake. they go really well with sweet and milky recipes. that is why they are used in ice creams and even cakes.
I would say Bailey’s or Kahlua because both of those are dairy-based alcohols anyway and mix well. You can also put in schnapps like vanilla or peppermint flavor if you want to change the flavor of your shake. Also, had it once but it was great, was a cream, milk, chocolate, and Jack drink called a Jackatini. It was strong AND tasty, which is hard to come by with whiskey and milk involved.
Vodka for sure. Irish cream, coffee liquor, brandy is really good with ice cream and so is chambord…its a deep red raspberry liquor. If you didn’t want something that strong Guiness stout is great with ice cream.
One type of liquor or alchoholic drink i think wuld be coffe liqour..itss good
