NA was one of the most important steps to my recovery. I would def recommend going and not missing any. It really healps to be around people in the same situation and to have the suport of just listening to there stories. and I never wanted to talk at the meeting but it does help alot!!!! especially the 12 step :) good luck and you can do it!
