Question by Lily: What’s a fancier word for someone who dies from a night of binge drinking?
What’s a fancier word for someone who dies from a night of binge drinking, how or why could they have died? I need details. This is for a fiction male whose father died after a night of “drinking himself to death” but I’d like to know why… kidney failure, etc. What could the alcohol have done to him to kill him.
If you say alcohol poisoning I’d like to know how it can poison you, other than kidney failure.

Yeah, or dumb ass. Alcohol poisons you because it is a foreign substance not normally found in your body. Too much of nearly anything can kill you. It’s called an overdose.
Alcohol poisoning or acute alcohol intoxication can result from a high level of alcohol in the bloodstream, accompanied by extreme drunkenness. It takes roughly 90 minutes for a healthy liver to metabolize a single ounce, approximately one hour per standard unit.
Alcohol poisoning has nothing to do with the kidneys… it’s all about the liver, which is responsible for processing the alcohol. Death from over drinking is often a result of respiratory failure because of the high levels of alcohol in the blood stream that the liver is unable to process fast enough.
Overdose
Alcohol is a poison, Bottom line, You drink to much, It will shut down organs, Liver Breathing so on….
it can eventually give you liver disease and shut your liver down
