Question by Christopher Z: According to you, how does one overcome laziness and fear?
To me, it was to live a healthy lifestyle by working out with weights and study philosophers from old and new who wrote positive quotes about life.
But I believe also that one must believe in one self instead of evading in forms of escapism such as alcoholism and other unhealthy addictions.
But what about you? What do you think are positive ways to overcome laziness and fear, or one or the other?

ll those things that make you fearful.
The solution is to keep PHYSICALLY busy doing just about anything such as clean your room, mow the lawn, play tennis, jog, and so on.
What do you think? Answer below!

An inquiring mind, begets enthusiasm.
I find being excited and enthusiastic about new things and challenges is the kindest way as it leads you into being busy all the time.
Harder and harsher is the more philosophical approach of strong self-discipline. Both have their merits and uses. If you need to complete a project for work, but are not enjoying it, then use the philosophical approach as I do. If however it is something for pleasure, such as a hobby, then keep it fresh by doing it only in small sections, this will keep your natural enthusiasm and interest high.
