How horrible is heavy binge drinking twice a week for my body?

Question by lady.rugger: How horrible is heavy binge drinking twice a week for my body?
I am vegetarian with a balanced diet, I run 2-4 miles a day, I play rugby 2 hours a day 4 times a week, lift regularly, and eat and exercise healthy in general. I just happen to binge drink in college every weekend. I want to know the serious damage I am doing to myself.
