Underage alcoholism in Russia is becoming widespread, as it has never been easier for teenagers to buy booze without being asked for ID. There are no stringent punishments in place for selling alcohol to minors, and many store owners are willing to cash in on youngsters’ health. Making parents pay fines is only a half solution..A full one is to also shut down any business that sells to kids and revoke their license..That’s what happens here so why not there?
@sausageNmash1990
That’s stupid, your saying minors should take responsibility and the adults should be absolved of it…Kids arn’t in their right mindset to know whats good for them. They drink alcohol cos they thinks it’s cool, they like the feeling it gives them
this is fucking stupid….. no shopowner/clerk should not get any blame for selling alcohol to underage people….. its the underages responsability to know what drink does to you……
@aabighead Yes they are, but alot of the young ones are a bunch of drunks today.
Okay i see the corruption now… Forgot Russia was known for vodka… So of course they want kinds to get addicted early. The guy says we should fine parents WTF! Why not fine the store? Ohhh because if you fine the store they will stop selling to the kids duh. So lets not fine the store so kids can still get booze and fine parents to generate cash for the government. Fucking sad!
Increase the age to 21 and fine stores $10,000 for under age sales and the problem will greatly decrease.
Simple solution increase the age to 21 and fine stores $10,000 for under age sales.
I won’t say a drink now and then is bad but it’s not healthy. especially children and young adults below 21 can get brain damage as it is still developing. After a night dead drunk their brain capacity drops below 50% for 2 days so yeh. Being susceptible to alcohol may lead to dugs abuse and crime as well so help one fight and you help others too! I like to see Healthy happy Russians, drugs and alcohol takes you down.. it’s about self responsibility but some just have to learn it the hard way
У нас вечно холодно … надо же чем то согреваться : 8D
what the fuck ever you say, but I’ve been drinking since 15 in United States. There is no fucking problem getting this shit here if you want it.
There were also couple of dudes in rich white high school who sold me vodka for 1.5 the price by the request. They had em for sale in their trunks lolz!!! Kiosc rocks! Buy outside, drink outside!
Russia, Home of alcoholic idiots.
@MsUoykcuf no problem)
@tedmaulz
Don’t feign ignorance! In the majority of the Russian schools the strict discipline reigns.
i thought drinking alcohol in Russia was part of the school curriculum.
@egersixsixsix thanks, :-)
@PakistaniisPower almost every country has those problems
@chillyayo09 garbage can with lots and lots of billionaires and rapidly growing economy right? By the way, they your country owes Russia a few hundred billion dollars. Lol.
Russia loves bagging out other countries but refuse to look at their own problems like: abandoned street children, alcohol abusers, drug abusers, underage drinkers. So Russia sucks.
@AgrivatedKillah The most drinking country is Luxembourg, then Germany, England…
Russia is 14th.
@TheSmoshrules Your mother is fucked up :)
@MsUoykcuf Russia is one of the most safe places. Surprise. Go to sites like waytorussia or something, ask people there.
@zrah1092 ahah only in your dreams
@Compantino You’re right.
@chillyayo09 yeahs, teens in USA prefer DXM and other dtrugs instead of beer. Way to go, USA.
Thumbs down if you waited to the age of 18 before you drank anything. Thumbs up if you didn’t. truth is, if people want to drink when they are 15, 16, they will, no matter what the law. It’s the culture. A much better approach is to make beer legal from the age of 16, so at least they start on softer drink and don’t kill themselves.
@carmaj156 You wanna get rid of drug crime in this country? Fine, let’s just get rid of all the drug laws. Ron Paul Prohibition goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a mans appetite by legislation and makes crimes out of things that are not crimes.A prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon wich our government was founded.” Abe Lincoln When you tell someone they cant do something it makes them want to do it even more. Prohibition does not work!
