Prairie Meadows jockey held on drug charges
Jockey Ramsey Zimmerman was arrested in Des Moines, Iowa, on Monday morning and charged with four felonies, including possession and intent to deliver crack cocaine and heroin. Police discovered Zimmerman in an unresponsive state while operating a motor vehicle.
