i hope all of you know that are drinking under age i hope you all know your parents can get in trouble for serving alcohol or you can get in trouble. and you shouldnt smoke cause you will die and cigarettes are for to calm your nerves. and trust me you dont wanna smoke cause you will have this kind of medical problem but i forgot the name of it

@lovemc4ever the part that made me cry was when her little brother cried. Overrall the movie was good except for (in my opinion) miley’s acting. And nope, she was only 17 when this was taken. The legal drinking age in Spain (where they were) is 18 so this was illegal.

I just don’t know how some people could be so proud of this kind of things… I mean, this is not natural you know? I know she’s just like us and she’s not a God but seriously, if she wants to be respected by others she needs to respect herself first and doing these things is not something to be proud of. @lovemc4ever Because Miley was underage when she was drinking and Ashley wasnt. Ashley is 23 and therefore legally allowed. And Miley is NOT a good actress. She was AWFUL in that movie. She showed no depth, she was supposed to be a tough New York girl, but she speaking in a country accent and saying “y’all”, her crying wasn’t at all believable, and she was way too overdramatic at times. Movie critics gave her terrible reviews and she’s nominated for a Razzie(the award they give to worst actress)
okee so they showed us mileys face and everything for proof it was her but how do we kno thats Ashly? all i saw was some girs back. And miley’s NOT 21(legal age for drinking) but Ashly is 23 people. So as long as im concerned she CAN drink alchol but Miley was what barley 18 or about to be 18 when this happend! And miley can have some fun but she needs to learn to have fun without damaging ger image becuase alot of little kids look up to her or atleast use to.
