Cop’s duty? Keep people out of jail
After plenty of coaxing, Reno police officers Pat O’Bryan and Dave Schimmel convinced a large, mentally ill man to get into their van parked outside the Greyhound bus station, so they can take him to be evaluated at the triage center at the Record Street homeless services campus.
