Meth will be kind of tough to kick on your own. You need some friends, like from a support group.
Anyway, meanwhile try 2 or 3 Advils and a long hot shower.

You get rid of cravings 2 ways: By doing the drug (which you don’t want to do), or by waiting it out.
It will pass. Good luck to you.
in whatever way you can…some people remove themselves entirely from temptation…others surround themselves with family…what worked for me however was to take up smoking cigarettes but now i smoke and find it hard to quit that now!!!!!go figure
My best suggestion would be to call your therapist. You need to speak to someone that has had the proper training in drug rehab.
I’m sorry I don’t have anything else to add.
Go for a quick jog, something like 2 miles works.
Make your body exhausted and wanting the basics, like sleep, water, food.
I understand what you are going through, my cousin in law just successfully passed her thing so now she can be a full time mommy now.
I understand what you are going through, though. It is rough coming off of those drugs, but just keep in mind what anguish you would be having tring to keep your habit alive. Keep reminding yourself of what you are leaving behind you and the future you are opening up for yourself.
Oh, and my cousin in law and I are Christian, so that always helps, too. Belief in Christ will always preduce fruit in you.
Eat well. Whatever you like. Balanced diet, and extra goodies whatever you like. Don’t worry about calories. Drink alot of Crannberry juice. Establish regular sleeping habits, going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. If ya can’t sleep, get medicine to help ya. visit http://www.methamphetamine.com. for more ideas. go to sleep. NOW! it’s late
imagine yourself in 2 pictures.the first picture is when you are addicted, imagine ur self in the worst situation,go to the extreme.then imagine urself cured, imagine all the good things which can happen,go to the extreme, feel it strongly.then tel urself that god gave us a great gift (our brain)to help us live in a high standard, and when addicted u r damaging god gift.is it fair to yourself.
My brother gave up his drug addiction, as he got so bad, and i knew how tough it was for him, its just you have to wait it out, do things to take your mind off it, talk to people, keep your mind busy. Good luck and take care.
In my experience, there is nothing you can do to ease the cravings – you can just distract yourself till it passes.
Cravings are horrendous but they do go away. When one hits, just keep telling yourself again and again that it will pass. It won’t always hurt so bad.
When I have a big craving I go to an online 12 step meeting, or if one isn’t on, I go to an AA chat room. There are many chat rooms and online meetings at:
http://stepchat.com/na.htm
I don’t follow the programme usually, but the support when I’m in a craving really helps. Sometimes just talking to someone who knows what you are feeling can help you find the strength to carry on.
I also try to distract myself – watch a movie, have a bath or read a book. If I can sleep that is a good solution – can’t drink while I’m asleep!
I’m sorry that you are finding things hard at night, remember you can do this – just take it one moment at a time.
I ‘talk’ to myself throughout my cravings – I remember why I’m sober and I try and ‘argue’ with my ‘alcoholic thoughts’. It isn’t me that wants a drink, and I don’t have to give in.
Good luck.
Burn incense or use essential oils, like lavender or sandalwood, and use something strong tasting, like mints, or PK chewing gum. Practise one of the 3 relaxation methods at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 2.
