I binge drunk on friday and saturday and know im scared i can die from sudden death like stroke its been 4 days since ive drank is it possible for me to die from this still.

If the alcohol has left your system, you should be alright. But binge drinking can have long-term effects like liver damage. Don’t do it again.

You would have died by now. I would not advise you to continue binge drinking, you might not be so lucky next time or could incur long term health problems.
Yes, people have been known to die after binge drinking ONE time. You are probably okay now, but if you do it again, don’t assume you’ll be as lucky the next time. It has nothing to do with how many times you’ve done it. Death can happen the first time, or it could be the next time, or the time after that.
