Question by bustitbaby949: How does this story idea sound? Involves rehab, drugs, sex, etc?
I’ve never written a story before..
It would be about a troubled teen (16-18) that is forced to go to rehab.
She drinks, does meth and cuts
The rehab is specifically for younger people (below age 21)
She meets a girl there that is anorexic.
At first they dislike eachother, not understanding eachother’s problems
They develop a friendship then, a relationship
I’m not sure what to do after that. I know something exciting or unexpected has to happen, I just don’t know what yet.
I have read books involving lesbians and books involving drugs/rehab. But never one with both, so I thought I might try to write one. I would research the drugs and everything. :)
Ideas? Does it sound stupid?

make them fall in love and such but make a guy involved. in the end, make one of them get out of rehab, but the other one doesnt

unbelievably unimaginative and boring, try going in the opposite direction; the inter-relationships of a group of people who are dealing with the realities of living kind, compassionate lives where they do good to those who are not good. They teach in the open that honesty is the path of true, long-lasting happiness and seeking to understand the reasons for the acting out of their peers is the way to find wisdom.
I think it sounds interesting. It is original. Maybe the anorexic girl actually has a girlfriend back home, but she doesn’t tell the girl she meets in rehab. Then, the anorexic girl gets ready to be sent home and has to let her know things are over and someone is waiting at home for her. Maybe?
