Question by Nick: Did a hard drug a few times will I be okay?
Ok first things first, I quit doing drugs and have been sober for 3 months now. I made a huge mistake this year and got in to it with the wrong crowd. Over the first 6 months of this year I did meth about 12 times, and I never did over .1 (I would see kids do .2 all to themselves or even more). The longest I stayed up was probably 50 hours, not more than 2 and a half days and it was only once (only time I did it 2 days in a row and after that I knew I had to stop). I had a heavy pot addiction for 2 years that I stopped with that as well because of how I look at drugs now. I’m a Christian and a good person. I would never ever try to hurt anyone and my main goal is to help those who suffer around the world. On my brakes in college I am going to go on mission trips with the left over money I have from fasfa and that I have saved up. After college I want to join the peace core then hopefully become a minister. The problem is its hard for me to concentrate now because I keep thinking about my past. I have mild anxiety over it and it makes my head feel foggy. I told my mom and she thinks I’ll be fine but its rough. Should I go to counseling or see a doctor? or should I just wait it out? I mean its been three months and I’m still not over it….
Also, I have been taking a few supplements to help my brain get back to normal and get my life back on track. I hope they help, God bless.
In the beginning of the first 3 months I did have a panic attack because I read what meth can do to you. Only one I have had tho…

If you feel that you need to see a doctor or you need counseling then it’s obviously up to you – nobody knows how you feel better than yourself :)
I’m sure you will be fine, I’ve smoked pot from time to time but never taken anything heavier so I couldn’t really give you much more info than that, but as I said it’s really all down to how you feel.
