Question by Yamahaooood: How to prevent getting sick/nautious while binge drinking?
Moral issues aside – tonight is my 21st birthday and I am probably going to be drinking a lot. I am wondering what I can do to sustain myself as long as possible and not get sick. Eg eating certain foods before, taking certain pills, etc. Thanks!

Eat carbohydrates such as bread and potatoes before you drink. Make sure you always have a full stomach and drink water in between each drink.
What do you think? Answer below!

Eat things you know you won’t mind seeing again. Don’t take pills, unless you want a bleeding stomach or intestinal ulcer. Just eat a good dinner, and enjoy yourself by drinking in moderation. Getting drunk will make you smell bad if you happen to meet a pretty lady or man, and getting a new bf or gf on your birthday is much better than getting blotto.
Don’t take pills! Eat a good meal before with lots of carbs, like bread or pasta. During the process of drinking, make sure you drink enough water to slow everything down a little. Have fun and happy birthday!
