Question by squid: I take Klonipin for anxiety, but I’m addicted to caffeine as well?
My nervousness makes me need the klonipin and I am addicted to 3 mg per day. I am more concerned about the caffeine addiction. I just don’t feel alert until I’ve had some coffee. These traits are normal for a recovering alcohlic and addict like me. I have new, less harmful addictions now. I even quit smoking. Now I’m using caffeine a bit heavy. The combination of klonipin and caffeine seems that it would be counterproductive. I’m not sure whether I need to go try to quit another addiction. Generally, AA people feel that as long as I’m not drinking or using narcotics, its OK.

I guess you know better. Too much caffeine is bad for you.
Are you just obsessing over it, or is the caffeine causing you problems? If it isn’t causing you sleeplessness or heart palpitations or nervousness – it isn’t really a problem that you drink coffee.
If it bothers you – switch to decaff after you have had a few “starter” cups of coffee.

Yes that is an improvement, but if you try some daily exercise you might heal allot quicker. It will also take your mind off of other problems and make you focus more on your looks and self esteem.Start out with about fifteen minutes a day and as you become more energetic your attitude and well being will become your primary goal and eat a healthy diet too.Best Wishes.
