I think this is ridiculous. I didn’t click the link, but how exactly did this family prove the toddler was served the margarita. Did the toddler order it? Do the parents get any blame here???
Hmmm…i read this story…something’s fishy about those parents, if you ask me…i smell a rat…what professional bartender is gonna put margarita mix in an apple juice cup? and then the server not notice? i don’t know…something is awfully weird here with those parents…i would advise doing a background check…

question: why did this make it on yesterday’s news, while i actually had to LOOK UP the fact the nuclear power plant has been upgraded up to the really bad level 7 severity. and i had to look up the fact that the US government almost shut down last week, etc.

Wow, Applebee’s fails…I mean, their food is awesome and I’m sure the majority of them are good, but seriously…
Applebees should get sued for that bullsh*t.
I heard about that. It seems like a really silly freak accident; you’d think that whatever waiter who gave the toddler a glass of something to drink would have known the difference between apple juice and whatever kind of alcoholic drink. Even if they were busy and had their minds elsewhere.
