me and my friend are getting shitfaced and its only 4:00pm i just broke up with my bf and she is just doing it because, we dont ever do this…like ever! lol sooo what would you consder binge drinking?

In general, more than 4 drinks in a 2 hour period for a woman or more than 5 drinks in a 2 hours period for a man are considered binge drinking.
Regardless of how many drinks it takes, if you’re sitting down trying to see how much you can drink and how drunk you can get, you’re binging.
