Question by American Women: Has anyone ever heard of a B.A in Deviant Behavior and Social control?
I’m currently working on my A.A.S and credentials for chemical dependency and addiction counseling. I would like to continue with my education, and I came across this degree program and sparked my interests and desires greatly. It’s a well a known school… John Jay in NYC. Curious if it could be applied to social work or psych.

It sounds like it would be a variant of sociology and criminal justice. It would certainly prepare you to apply for an MSW and enter social work or to do an MA in psych. You might want to look at a BSW if you know you want to go into social work.
