how can a person end up in jail if they are in there own home?
i think you have a biased opinion on it. binge drinking can be fine if a person does it rarely without trying to escape there problems and is doing it socialy.
also as long as they dont drive or leave the house it should be fine too.
also im sure the binge drinker is well aware of the health risks. but it is there decision to do so. to each there own, as long as they dont hurt other people.

Binge drinking isn’t illegal, why would you end up in jail for it?
Drunken disorderly is illegal. Driving under the influence is. Drunken in public is in some states/cities, but not binge drinking.
I myself practice moderate consumption. One to two drinks a night most nights a week. I will go out with friends and “binge” drink on occasion… once a month maybe. It is fun to unwind and let loose every so often.
I’m against it.
If it must happen let it be a keg party everyone has hiked
up hilltop for overnight circle of log fire under stars with
double-wide sleeping bags for those who will be using a
stretching bladder as their alarm clock.
Please pack out your poo and trash.
Why would an adult get in trouble for binge drinking?
They can get introuble for drunk driving, but not for binge drinking.
Am I for or against it? What the hell do I care? Yeah, it’s bad for people, but “for” it or “against” it? We aren’t talking presidential candidates or abortion here. That’s like being “for” or “against” jogging. I don’t do it, but if someone does it, it doesn’t hurt anyone else.
I feel like I am beating a dead horse here…but…Binge Drinking isn’t illegal!
How could someone go to jail for binge drinking at home, or with friends at a party, or even at a bar? Unless the person is underage, drives drunk, or does some kind of disorderly conduct or something else illegal…they aren’t going to go to jail. Granted there are drunk in public charges in some places too, but there again you have to be belligerent and in a public place that your not supposed to be drunk at.
Drinking by itself will never equal jail time…prohibition didn’t work.
