neither is safe, and neither is safer than the other
if you want to be on illegal drugs, stick to marijuana. at the very least, that one is the least damaging.

I’d go with the heroine. Meth is nasty shit.
That’s quite the “loaded” question. Meth can result in psychosis (a mental break from reality) and/or put holes in the user’s brain. Heroin is also very addictive, and if one od’s, he/she can end up with a brain injury (or perhaps even dead). The cocaine puts one at greater risk for heart attack or stroke (“brain attack”), which is a type of brain injury.
Seriously, my suggestion would be to call some counseling and inpatient (residential) treatment programs and seek outside professional help.
Neither read about both below then decide for yourself. But I recommend neither and treatment at a rehab center.

Both of these drugs are particularly harmful, and much more addictive than cocaine. If you really have a coke addiction, get it sorted before you get onto something much harder to come back from.
People I know with Meth addictions often suffer from meth psychosis (I suspect this is because they very rarely sleep) which can make them full-blown lost-my-mind crazy.
Heroin addicts appear to simply be very mellow all the time, and easily confused. Heroin develops a physical addiction, meaning once addicted it will make your body physically sick to then quit.
I assume both of these terrible drugs would significantly shorten your lifespan… if your not going to quit, coke is probably better than either of these (but alot more expensive)
