Why do I have such feelings of regret/guilt after a night of binge drinking?

Question by : Why do I have such feelings of regret/guilt after a night of binge drinking?
I didn’t have any blackouts, I didn’t make an *ss out of myself, and my hangover is fairly mild (a huge glass of water before going to bed can do wonders), so why do I still feel regret over drinking so much?

Does anyone ever feel this way?

You’re conscience, deep inside you know you are harming yourself mentally, physically, as well as spiritually. Yes I have felt that way. Conscience is a gift from God, listen to it.

you regret drinking. maybe you feel like you should be doing more with your life.

everyone reacts differently to alcohol, and it is a depressant (especially in mass quantities)
