My brother has been addicted to meth for 17 years. He is 37 years old, 3 kids, no job, not a productive member of society. He refuses rehab, but he’s went 4 times prior. I’m sick of dealing with him. What can I do?

Throw LSD or Meth down the drain. He’ll go looking for it and that’ll do it.

flush his drugs down the toilet, talk to him, and literally kick him out of the house, maybe he will think about his actions once you throw him out.
Sign him up for visits to a methadone clinic

while he’s high/stoned/passed out, take him to your car, drive out 50 miles away from your house, and drop him in the nearby woods. That’ll get rid of him for a good week or so…
