Unfortunately we tend to replace alcohol with another addiction, make sure you don’t get into that trap … try drinking herbal tea or something when you have the urge to drink liquor.

    Everybody is different.
The main cause of alcoholism is because you are filling an empty hole in your life with alcohol. You need to identify this and you probably know what it is deep down. Instead of drinking your problems away becayuse you have nothing else, you need to fight your addiction. If you really can’t then become addicted to something less damaging, like video games or wroking out (lol).
The only way to fight this is to ask yourself why you started drinking in the first place, only then can you start to combat it.
