Have the politicians in Pike County, KY been abusing Oxycontin?

Just hitting the news is an item about Pike County suing the makers of Oxycontin for the costs of treating addicts. The county has a population of about 65.000, so if every man, woman and child in the county were properly prescribed the drug, the expected number of “medical addicts” would be less than five.
