Question by Gin: What alcoholic drink do you buy from the store and put jolly ranchers in the bottom?
What type of alcoholic drink is it that everyone buys from the stores that you drop jolly ranchers in the bottom of it, they are clear liquid and kind of have just a plain citrus taste they sorta remind me of smirnoff but thats not it, i used to drink them when i was younger and can’t remember the name of it to save my life, any suggestions?? It can be bought at convienence stores and liquor stores???

Pimm’s Cup is what it’s called….and I believe that Pimms is kind of Gin? Don’t know where your gonna find that but you could make a large batch….that’s the only ‘english/british’ cocktail I can think of.

Question by NotListening: How to make frozen type of alcoholic drink?
I have a blender and want to make frozen alcoholic drinks. Every time I have tried in the past, it never ends up frozen, it’s always liquid or with tiny ice pieces still in it. How do I get the drink to be frozen, like you would get from a restaurant?
I follow the directions of whatever I’m trying to make, so however much ice they say is what I use. I’m not sure my ingredients are always cold, though – so maybe that’s the problem!

I don’t drink nonalcoholic drinks like that because they taste like crap, and they are full of sugar (or cancerogenous matter, if they are sugar free).They are anything but appealing
I drink lots of coffee, tea, a cup or so of milk, juice once in a while, and energy drink or Pepsi once in a blue moon. I drink coffee because I need it to survive,herbal tea to relax me, juice because it tastes good, especially when it’s hot outside, energy drinks to stay awake, and Pepsi when we’re grilling hamburgers because it just tastes right with fresh hamburgers.

Question by brooke: Is it common to be able to buy an alcoholic drink in a dry county?
Jonesboro, Arkansas is in a dry county. There are no liquor stores, but you can buy an alcoholic drink at a private club in Jonesboro. Several restaurants have obtained private club status in order to sale alcoholic beverages. Does this happen often? I always thought dry county meant you could not purchase alcohol in that county.

Naw, there are ways to get around anything; paying taxes, liquor laws, being able to read before you get elected president… A private club license means you have to be a “member of the club” before you can drink. All that means is that can buy you a “membership”. So if you’ve never been there, don’t know anyone there, and never plan on going back, now you’re a member. It’s just a loophole so the state can make money that the county is missing out on.
